After I read your responses to my letter of rant, I sobbed. I have had to be so

strong for the last few years. My good friend even has tried the candida diet

and said it is wrong for her and went to vegan.

I tell you true...when I am able I will search for friends who are taking care

of themselves in a healthy way. Carrying the sick and them not listening to good

advice is a very heavy load.

Thank you for your understanding. It gave me a feeling of being less weighed

down with burdens. Bearing one another's burdens is a good thing.

==>Dear Mz Violet. It is extremely tough to be so alone, and working

so hard to help people you love, when your advice is unheeded. I

understand because my own parents wouldn't accept my counsel even 2

years before my Dad passed away. My Mother's comments were " well we

got to this old age by eating the way we did, so we aren't going to

change. " Even though Dad's life may have been prolonged and both of

them could have been much more comfortable and function better, they

wouldn't listen. It is totally heartbreaking.

But the good news IS that my own dear brother is getting well, and has

mainly been doing my program for 2 years this month! Yippee! When he

first read my candida article he told me " Bee, I think you have saved

my life with this information! " And it probably did! He is 6 years

younger than me and has a good long life ahead of him that he can enjoy

without health problems.

I think it is very wise of you to find friends who are taking care of

themselves. It is very stressful and hard on our own health to watch

people destroy themselves. I have gleaned out a number of toxic

friends over the past few years and I know I am better off without them.
