G'Day Bee

Here is the website for the ElectroRegenesis treatments my Doctor here

in Australia has me undergoing. So far they seem to be working, I'm

feeling pretty good so far and I've had 3 treatments to date.

Also I started taking Coconut Oil earlier this week as well as my

supplements, I have 4 more weeks supply of Nilstat, do you recommend

continuing on with Nilstat? I'm thinking that I should get off of it and just

manage my Candida with my diet and the natural anti fungals you

reccommend. If I do come off Nilstat what should I introduce in it's

place? keeping in mind that in 5 weeks I will take myself off the

antifungals all together while I'm travelling, am I likely to have any ill side

effects by coming off them cold turkey so to speak? I intend to keep up

with the supplements and try to stick to the diet as much as possible, I

will however enjoy my holiday and partake in the occasional champagne

or wine and " normal " meal once in a while. I'm sure I'll have some work

to do when I get back but at least now I have the knowledge to

effectively treat my condition. How will I know when I am well enough to

introduce some yoghurt, and high carb options into my diet. Do I have to

stay off yeast and glutens forever or can I get back into that at some

stage?

Thanks so much for all your help I really appreciate it.

Cheers Suzanne
