Guest guest Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 When I eat certain things some foods actually make my stomach hurt and then I really have to be strict until it calms down. some just aggravate my symptoms in other parts of my body but they don't make my stomach hurt. I'm trying to understand. there are some foods which are in the initial stage of the diet that I can't tolerate but don't cause damage/pain in my stomach, such as red meat. I'm guessing I have to wait to introduce that later? you said stay on the diet until all symptoms disappear. so how do I know which things to take out and which things to keep in if i'm having symptoms in my stomach or in other parts of my body? doris Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
