Guest guest
Bee, I've been on the diet for 18 months now and the diet has resolved or lessened most of my problems. I wrote to you recently that I was facing dental work, either a root canal or tooth extraction and you recommended against root canal. Thank you for that. The extraction was done 10 days ago with local anesthetic, one Tylenol and no antibiotics. I had had a mild yeast rash on one arm before the extraction. I made one dietary mistake by having 1/2 cup ice cream after the extraction (why I listened to the nurse, I don't know.) 24 hours after, I developed a burn-like rash on both arms and my chest. It looked and felt like sunburn. I looked up your previous posts and figured out that this might be retracing of old sunburns because it was in the outline of a bathing suit, just as you said! After the blisters broke, it continued to spread to other areas of the body. VCO wasn't helping, so I started using Lotrimin Anti Fungal cream and it stopped spreading. But last night, a horrible genital herpes outbreak started and I even have sores in my mouth. Can you recommend healing strategies? I read that B1 combats herpes, should I get a separate B1 supplement or increase all the B vitamins? How about enemas? I did one coffee enema on Saturday, should I do one every day until this subsides? Before the extraction, I had upped my vitamin A to 100,000 units including 2 tsp. of Blue Ice CLO. I also increased from 4 grams of Vitamin C to 8 grams. Was this too much? Can I put anything directly on the herpes sores? Any herbs that would help? Did the tooth extraction cause this cascade effect of healing? This is the third retrace of herpes in a year. I was hoping it would be gone by now, but I've had it for 25 years so maybe I shouldn't be surprised. I went off the daily Valtrex at the time I started the diet. I really appreciate your opinions and all the help you've given me! -
