I am getting ready to do the 9 day program for digestion troubles and

have afew questions:

1)Can you have egg milk or electrolyte lemon drink on day one?

2)Does fake cream count as a solid or a liquid? It melt s with heat is

why I ask.

3)should I be adding sea salt to the 2x a day enemas? and do I need to

alternate with probiotic enemas?

4)How do you tell how long you need to stay on the clear fluid (day 1)

part of the plan? or the day 2 part of the plan?

Sorry want to get this right the first time through. I have chicken,

beef, and pork broth(cooking now).

Thanks

Kara

==>Yes you can have them on day one, since day one is an all liquid

diet.

==>Fake cream is a liquid.

==>No, only clear water enemas are used on the 9-day program - see

this article for more details:

==>Most people do okay just following the program for 9 days as it

is, without staying on any particular day any longer. Some people

need to stay Day 2 longer. It would depend upon how bad your

digestive problems are. It won't hurt you to stay on Day 2 however.

I knew a lady who had to stay on liquid or pureed foods months, but

she didn't have this program with its high " good " fats, etc.

==>That's great Kara! I hope it goes very well for you.
