Guest guest
Hi Bee & Others, I have been reading the postings for a while and I haven't noticed any messages on this topic. There is a white cream coating on top-side of my tongue which cannot be removed by scraping. It gives a bad breath. The problem has been there for 10+ years now and it is getting worse with time. During a day, it gets a bit better after eat or drink. The worst time is in the morning. Basically, I can sense a bad smell after my own sneez. I have been drinking a lot of water (tea) during day for years. Two months ago, a doctor recommend me to use Nystatin drops. It helps greatly. However, if it is interrupted for a day, the white thing will grow right back. After reading the newsgroup postings, I have stoped eating sugar, wheat and rice. So far only the nystatin drop helps. However, I cannot use it for ever. What should I do to eliminate the problem? Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, Sam Yang
