Guest guest
Hi All I have always been afraid to do supplements, for fear that the synthetic, isolated vitamin would do more harm than good. But i do feel like we would benefit from vit c and magnesium. Can anyone guide me to a good brand, or tell me guidelines to know what to look for? thanks so much- sandy
Guest guest
Sandy, I didn't know you were doing this diet! Small world, right? We are taking 100% pure Vitamin C crystals from Trader Joe's. I mix it into " lemonade " with freshly squeezed lemon juice, water, a little sea salt, and stevia (basically Bee's electrolyte drink). I also have an orange flavored liquid stevia that goes well with the vit C crystals and water. Are and Max doing this too? I am trying as best as I can with Mason, but it sure is tough! Take care, Rhian

Welcome to our group. Most of the supplements recommended here are not synthetic. However, Othomolecular Physicians have been using some types of synthetic supplements successfully for over 60 years to treat many illnesses, including cancer & schizophrenia, particularly ascorbic acid (vitamin C). The guidelines are all explained in my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php Also there a handy supplement lists: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_4_3.php Finding good brands depends upon the country you live in. We have people on this group from all over the world so it is hard to suggest brands. To find good brands people have used on this group do a search of our message archives, or post a message with your country in the Subject Line so other group members can help you. The best in health, Bee >
