Bee is vinegar a micotoxin? I though some could not tolerate it

becuase of the possible sugar left in it or the mother in it was I

wrong and it is a myco toxin?

==>Hi Kara. No, vinegar is not a mycotoxin. A mycotoxin is a fungal-

type toxin. Vinegar is fermented just like sauerkraut. But it must

apple cider vinegar that is unpasteurized and unfiltered like Bragg's

or Eden's.

That os what I thought Tanks Bee. Adding the vinegar every once and a

while tends to break my diet boredom :) so I did not want to have to

give it up.
