Is it okay to use XYLITOL as a mouthwash?-

I have plaque and a small cavity i am trying to remineralize. I've been

reading xylitol removes dental plaque and helps remineralize cavities

by raising the saliva's PH

Hi

No, it would not be okay to use Xylitol as a mouthwash. Xylitol is a

sugar substitute (!) and is not allowed on this program. I find it

hard to even believe that anyone would claim that a sugar substitute

would do anything to remove plaque or remineralize cavities.

Are you following Bee's candida plan? We've had a couple of members

report that their dental enamel has regenerated after following this

program.

Oil of Oregano or Hydrogen Peroxide would be better options for you.

See these articles on Bee's website:

aslo read this one regarding Acid/Alkaline balancing:
