Dear Bee,

I have been enjoying vidalia onions so much lately. And it just

occurred to me today that perhaps they are too sweet. The nutrional

facts are 14 g carbs, 5 g sugar per medium onion. Sounds a bit high -

but onions are healing food so I don't know. What do you think?

Also, I have been having breakouts (unusual for me) and I read on your

site to apply coconut oil - which I have been doing. Along this line,

since we determined that skin absorption is so high - I have been

putting some VCO on my body anyways. To your knowledge, is there a

particular area of the skin where absorption is best?

Thanks Bee.

==>Onions are only 10 on the glycemic index, whereas foods not

allowed range from 35-95, with carrots at 35 and potatoes at 95.

==>Good for you with using coconut oil. The bottoms of the feet are

good, and also the abdomen. I don't know if they are the best

places, but I've read recommendations to apply raw crushed garlic or

other antifungals to the feet of babies. Doctors in the early 1900s

recommend giving cod liver oil to babies and sick people by rubbing

it into their abdomen.
