Sauerkraut and die-off?

Hi group,

I started taking sauerkraut yesterday to help with digestion. However,

it doesn't seem to be helping. I feel bloated, have wind, and there

are all kinds of gurgling sounds coming from my bowels. I've searched

on this but found no posts relating to sauerkraut causing die-off. I'm

assuming it does since there are probiotics in it, so when should I

expect it to start helping with my digestion? Is this die-off, or is

my digestion still screwed form those vege enzymes I took a month ago?

I just can't tell which is which now. My digestion has improved some,

but not to where it was before the enzymes. But then maybe it has, and

what i'm experiencing is healing reactions?

I get really confused about this program sometimes. Some things just

don't seem to make sense. It's like the antifungals, you take them and

they produce healing reactions, but you take them to ease healing

reactions too (i.e. clove tea).

==>Hi Matt. Yes sauerkraut will cause die-off symptoms. To minimize

the bloating, and wind drink ginger tea.

==>It is helping your digestion for sure. Die-off symptoms in the

digestive tract doesn't mean digestion isn't occuring as it should.

==>Yes Matt, it agree it can be very confusing. Clove tea, for

example, is also a very powerful antioxidant and detoxifier in

addition to being antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic, etc. The

same is true of good fats, they are antifungal and also the best

cleasers/detoxifiers/antioxidants the body can get. Isn't nature

wonderful? Confusing, but wonderful. Nature provides so many things

that are " all encompassing. "

==>Trust Nature and your body that things are happening as they

should. If you are doing what you should the body will be doing its

job, even though the healing process is confusing. This too shall

pass!

The best, Bee
