Going through old posts to see if there's anything about anger, and ran

across this one from not too long ago. I am going through the same

thing, and I noticed I'm not eating as many veggies as I was previously

on the diet. Just sat down and ate a bowl and a half of fresh, steamed

green beans with butter and sea salt and feel soooo much better. Has

anyone else experiened this?
