Guest guest
vegetable gylercin is this allowed? I searched the website and did not see it on the list of sweetners. I searched the posts and found it only in a reference to a coating on naicin. Thanks Kara PS I ask becuase the non-alchol based vanilla I have has it. I am so bored right now I need a new taste and this would go so well poured over frozen coffee(swiss water decaf) flavor fake cream! Thanks BTW Eden makes a mustard that has no sugar and uses unfilitered apple cider vineagar!

No, vegetable glycerin is sugar and it feeds candida. There can be very small amounts coating some supplements, which is may be unavoidable, but the amount in vanilla will be much more, and it should be avoided in any herbal tintures as well. >BTW Eden makes a mustard that has no sugar and uses unfilitered apple cider vineagar! ==>Yes, I know. That is what I buy! Luv, Bee

I was at the end of my ropes wwith emotional termoil and needed something new and to but on my fake ice cream. I ate it on and off al day yesterday followed by a bunch of probiotics in the evening about every half hour. So how much damage did I do? and should I do enemas today to get it out of my gut sooner since I still have constipation? Thanks Kara I think this is my first screw up since I started. WOW just looked it up and it is 5 carbs per teaspoon and I had a few ozs!! AAGGHHHH! >
Guest guest
Hi Kara, Yes, I will try to get it added to the No-Nos List, but you can fairly well depend on the other Candida Food List. Also if it tastes sweet it's going to feed candida and/or feed a sweet tooth and cause cravings. You didn't do a lot of damage, but it may take 3 days or so to get back on even keel again. Doing an enemas doesn't remove sugar from your gut; it has already been digested and circulated throughout the body. The best, Bee > > > > ==>Hi Kara.
