I have made an observation. The days when I drink my blender, green drink

(with added coconut oil) I get edema in my legs, more in the left than the

right. This drink has eliminated a pain that I have had for 25 years. I know

that cilantro is supposed to rid the body of mercury. I know I was mercury

toxic. I am trying to figure out why I have the swollen legs. Does anyone have

an idea? Thanks for any thoughts.

==>This diet, with it's high fats gets rid of all heavy metals. Good

fats are the very best cleanser and antioxidants. That's why I don't

recommend green drinks, etc. I've also seen people have problems

with them since some greens are high in certain kinds of minerals and

they can throw off mineral balances, which can cause edema. However,

cilantro is antifungal also.
