How much nutritional yeast should you take to supply the program's B vitamin

recommendations?

What is good way to take it... that helps get it down...I don't care for the

taste.

Thanks,

Marissa

Hi Marissa. Take 2 tablespoons per day mixed into water. The more

water, the less taste. Keep stirring it as you drink since it tends to

settle to the bottom.

Can this also be mixed with the Egg Drink?

I found this yeast product by NOW:

http://www.nowfoods.com/?action=itemdetail & item_id=3476 Even though it says it's

grown in a sugar base, is it still ok to use? or is the strictly Red Star

version like this one http://www.veganstore.com/index.html?stocknumber=235 the

better to use?

==>Yes, you can put it in the Egg Drink. All yeast is grown on a sugar

base of some kind, but the end product doesn't end up being sugar at

all, so the NOW product is quite fine to use.

HI Just wanted to let you know I have that same bottle and it has the

red star label on the back. NOW enhances the red star with some

extra vitamins. I think it taste fine too. I actually sprinkle it

on my eggs in the morning to help get up all the melted coconut oil

off the plate.
