Guest guest
In KT " s book. He always promotes the use of Stevia and says that you can use it in your teas and coffees. I do not know exact page. I use NHW and they allow artificial sweeteners, but no more than 6 a day. But I have used Stevia for about a year now. I love it. I wish someone would make a calorie free gum with it!!! Most health food stores will have it, but some don't. I don't know if Whole Foods does. You can also buy it at Mountain Rose Herbs, Eugene, Oregon by going through their ad on my website (it's at the bottom of every page): http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/ The best, Bee
