Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I have been taking the coconut oil, garlic etc... and also a ton if vitamins to build up my immune system which he found was very low (he prescribed all of the vitamins/supplements). He did test my liver and it was in good function aside from it being very difficult for it to " digest " Tylenol. I have a sinus infection, and I read on another post that this may be my body getting rid of the yeast. I have used the netti pot, but am still very sick. I will look at what you had recommended for beyond that. I am also on the anti candida diet, which has been very helpful for endometriosis FYI. I was also told that I have a tick born illness called Babesia, and that I most likely have Lyme disease, but I am waiting on that blood test. When it rains it pours! I was tested for heavy metals, and I have high levels of mercury, arsenic, cadmium and lead. Has anyone else had heavy metal testing? I am just wondering if most of the population has had this exposure, and it is simply that those not tested do not know about it! I am taking ketoconazole 200 mg 3 times a > day. I have been on it for about 5 days. I have been on the candida > diet for over a month w/ a few slips, but not many. I feel much better on the diet, but now have a bad headache. Hi . Yes, you treat all fungi the same as you do candida. Did you know that ketoconazole is very hard on the liver? Your doctor should have done liver function tests prior to perscribing it, and they need to be done every month. Natural antifungals are safe and much more effective than antifungal drugs, i.e. coconut oil, garlic, oil of oregano and clove oil, which I recommend. Your headaches is caused by die-off symptoms - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php The nutrients you get from the diet plus supplements are so much more important than antifungals (except for coconut oil which is part of the diet). The reason is because candida cannot be cured by killing it off. The only way to cure it is by building up your immune system with proper nutrients. That's why I emphasize that you need to take " all " of the supplements which work together with the diet. The best, Bee
Guest guest
> > Thanks Bee. I have been taking the coconut oil, garlic etc.. +++. If you just started on my diet you shouldn't be taking too much coconut oil without starting at low doses and gradually increasing it, and you wouldn't take garlic until you can take 6 tbl. of coconut oil without get severe die-off symptoms. > and also a ton if vitamins to build up my immune system which he found was very low (he prescribed all of the vitamins/supplements). +++Tons of vitamins? You only require the ones on my list. Doctors have about 5 hours training in nutrition/supplements whereas I have had 20 years. > He did test my liver and it was in good function aside from it being very difficult for it to " digest " Tylenol. +++You shouldn't be taking so many antifungals at one time. It is unnecessary and doesn't help you get healthy any faster. It's the diet and supplements that get you healthy, not antifungals. >I have a sinus infection, and I read on another post that this may be my body getting rid of the yeast. I have used the netti pot, but am still very sick. I will look at what you had recommended for beyond that. +++I believe you are trying to do too much at one time. Maybe first decide whether to follow your doctor's advice about diet, supplements and antifungal drugs, or follow this program. My program is step by step so you start on the diet and supplements first, along with coconut oil which is not only antifungal but also very important for overall health. > > I am also on the anti candida diet, which has been very helpful for endometriosis FYI. +++No other diet helps candida like this one, so many people have come here for help because they haven't been successful. > > I was also told that I have a tick born illness called Babesia, and that I most likely have Lyme disease, but I am waiting on that blood test. When it rains it pours! +++There are many other bacteria that exist in a person who has candida, and the treatment is the same, i.e. diet, supplements, and coconut oil which is also antibacterial, antiparasitic, antiviral, etc. > > I was tested for heavy metals, and I have high levels of mercury, arsenic, cadmium and lead. Has anyone else had heavy metal testing? I am just wondering if most of the population has had this exposure, and it is simply that those not tested do not know about it! +++This program gets rid of heavy metals safer and better than anything else because of the high " good " fats, along with cod liver oil (omega 3, vitamins A & D), vitamin E, etc. - everything in the program works together. There are 2 important pathways in the body by which it processes fats and oils, including omega 3, and they require vitamin A, D, & E to work properly in the body.
