No, please do not take diet pills; did you look at the ingredients in them? You feel like you're going to pass out because of the high numbers of candida toxins which causes die-off which can make you feel like that! Most candida toxins are alcohol so you'll get symptoms just like someone who is drunk with alcohol. What happens that makes you feel you cannot tolerate coconut oil or butter? Guest guest
Hi Susy, I also have a sleeve and I am about 8 months out and went through the SAME thing you did of NO weight loss for about 5 weeks. I realized I needed to increase my exercise and maybe cut down my calories a little. I did that and BINGO I started to lose the weight again. For me I am sure the last 20 pounds is going to be the hardest to lose. I am not too sure I would be taking any of those meds. It is something you never know for sure what is in them. It isn't worth the risk for me. Try doing what I said. I know more exercise isn't what you wanted to hear. Or write down everything you are eating again, to see just how many calories your really are putting in your body. It might surprise you. The precaution listed is for patients with heart disease, myocardial impaction malfunction or liver of kidney, pregnant women, but does not mention anything about stomach reduction. Some people on this board have medical backgrounds. Can anyone help me and tell me if I should not be taking this pill since I have the sleeve? Dell Deals: Treat yourself to a sweet deal on popular laptops! Guest guest
If the drug is just to stop the absorption of fat, why not eat lower fat foods and you won't need it? ;o)If fat is really the cause of your stall then you are likely eating a lot of it. Are you sure your carb intake isn't the problem? White carbs? Sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes, rice?? I'm not a fan of drugs like that, I'd rather see people change their diet so they don't have to take drugs to stop the absorption of what they have eaten. On Thu, Jul 23, 2009 at 10:42 AM, Susy <susyalvarez@...> wrote: Hello Everyone.
