Just wondering, for you people that make the fake cream, where are you getting

the gelatin?  I can't seem to find it here in London, ON. I can find the Knox

one but that is the one we are not to use.

yes, Rita I called there today and they told me they don't have it.

Instead I recommend Bernard Jensen's 100% Bovine Gelatin (Bovine is cows):
