Hiya,

I'm not sure entirely if it's the same, as you said 'front edge', and I get it

down the sides too, but I always attribute it to dehydration. Drinking a couple

of cups of water fixes the problem. I get coating on my teeth from dairy

products, so if I've been on a bad food binge I wake up the next morning with

furry teeth and indented tongue. Often in the evening too, if I haven't been

drinking water in the afternoon.

Hope that helps!

Well prior to this I have been through a number of dietary regimens

in the 14 years I have had the tounge thing, but all of them

basically healthy and organic (except the infamous " ice cream diet "

period for gut pain). Nutrition has been all the way from classic

mixed wholefoods, to O-Type Diet, to all fruit, SCD, Broths, and so

on. Tongue has hung in with all of them.

The B vitamins are a problem with supplements at least. It is about

100% correlation that they trigger the gut pain/muscle lock stuff

unless sublingual (like with B12 or Folate). That is seemingly what

kicked in this currrent near 3 weeks of pain right now. A hassle for

sure but apart from liver and yeast do not know how to get around

that.

Am about to go on the non solid food program to see if it will reduce

the muscle/spasm stuff and " reboot " .

Take care Bee and thanks as always...
