Bee,

I wrote this last week but it must have gotten lost out there so I

thought I would write again. I wrote before and did not sign my name.

Sojust to recap: I have major stomach issues (I have an ibs

diagnosis) and am attempting to reverse my diagnosis of cervical

dysplasia. I have being doing so by an all raw diet and then a low

fat almost all fruit diet. The all fruit was bad and gave me a bad

case of candida which was probably present already but it really

brought it out.

Now I have really altered by diet per your advice- included coconut

oil, fish and kept my veggies (steamed and raw now) and green juice.

I honestly dont know if I can do the meat though. I bought some

chicken and thought I may be able too eat it but threw up after

trying. I have not had red meat since 6th grade because I hated it so

much back then. So my question is do you think I can have success

having fish and veggies and then moving up to quinoa and rice plus

fish and veggies when I get better? I have also kept up my kefir

because I really felt like it was helping me and I dont know what

else to have for breakfast. I guess I could have 32oz green juice and

some fish as well for breakfast. It sounds like you do not recommend

hemp seeds at all.

I do not want to seem disrespectful all and have read your articles

and posts when someone is trying to not follow the diet all the way.

But since I felt like I was trying to follow it as best as I could, I

thought I would write to get your opinion.

Thanks so much.
