How are you ladies doing? Hi ! Glad to hear from you. Was thinking about you the other day and wondered how you were getting along. Sounds like your on track!!! Keep up the great work. Myself, I am doing pretty good. Just went yesterday and got my 2nd fill and boy can I tell a difference now. I have 1.5cc's now. I asked him to go a little more aggresive, think I will be on liquids and mushies for a few weeks to adjust. I can tell just eating broth its much much tighter. I have lost a total of 53lbs. Hoping with this fill to break that 200 mark. ( meaning below 200) Thats my goal anyways I'm going to have to check out your suggestions about the music programs to excerise with.. sounds like fun! Have you heard anything from the others as of late? My husband and I were discussing yesterday when I got my fill that if I need another by the end of the year ( Sept-Oct) we might go to Mexico for a mini vacation. I would love to see Nina and the Dr. A but hoping this fill last a while. Take care and write soon Debi
Guest guest
Hi Bee: I have been on your diet now for 4 months. I have seen hugh improvements in my physical condition: No more gritting teeth, no more bleeding gums, no more indigestion, no more TMJ. So I know your diet is working. My concern is I can only tolerate 2 TBLS of VCO. I have to work over 50 hours a week. I can't afford not to work. It seems like I should be able to take more coconut oil. But, the die off with 2 tbls is all I can tolerate. I could barely sleep last night. The symptoms are lessening but I don't see how I will ever get to 6 tbls. Thanks for all you have done for me. Sincerely, Paige

Do not be concerned about how long it takes you to tolerate more coconut oil. Take your time. Nutrients in the diet and the supplements will be doing their job in the meantime. Ensure you do not have coconut oil too close to bedtime; it creates too much energy. Have it 3 hours before bed. Do you think there is another reason for you not sleeping last night? The best to you, Bee
