Guest guest
I see that Candida problems and the cures can cause some hair loss. I had the machine test, which showed to what extent I had Candia, and it was not extreme, but I did suffer some hair loss. I took capsules from the Doctor Natura kit, to rid myself of the Candida, as well as cutting out all the fungal items. But, I still felt desperate about losing too much hair, and found good information from professionals. I was advised to daily take 500mgs of Biotin, zinc, folic acid, iron, and this really did help a great deal. Donni-Jay

The hair loss is very upsetting to me too. I don't have much more to lose. I am trying to cover up the thinning as it is and upsets me to think that I will lose even more following the anti Candida program. But I have to rid my body of the Candida overgrowth and I hope that it will grow back in time like Bee says. Does anyone know if it would be harmful to add the vitamins that helped Donni-Jay with her hair loss? I know that Bee says her program has all the vitamins and supplements we need already and that we shouldn't add any others. Sandy

Unless you are anemic you wouldn't want to take iron supplements, and even if you are anemic most iron supplements aren't the correct kind of iron. I already recommend biotin and folic acid in the vitamin B complex supplement. And zinc is only required in trace amountsL it is in ocean sea salt and many foods. Taking too much zinc can throw off mineral balances. The body is well equipped to balance itself and correct health issues when given proper nutrients. One lady on this group did only this program for 6 months, and her blood tests indicated her iron levels went from 5 to 64 without taking any extra supplements or even eating a lot of liver. That tells me that the body does balance itself. The best, Bee
