Guest guest
Do you ever do a salt water flush on this diet? (like in master cleanse)? I know coffee enemas were mentioned and this is sort of a " top down " enema. Also, there has been a lot of mention of coconut oil, and coconut milk, but searching through the threads, I couldn't find anything about coconut water-which is totally different. I know it has a lot of electrolytes and it is sugar free right? At any rate it is expensive, but I use it for my autistic son in smoothies it is allowed on SCD. Thanks!-

I am not familiar with a salt water flush and it sounds scarey because of the salt. I don't recommend master cleanse or any other cleanses for reasons explained in my main candida article - also see Supplements & Treatments Not Recommended: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu6_2.php It is better to cleanse the slow natural way with this high fat diet and the supplements, and do coffee enemas specifically for the liver and adrenals. Coconut oil is the only form of coconut allowed since it doesn't contain any sugar, however any other part of the coconut contains too much natural sugar. What coconut water are you referring to? The best to you, Bee > > > > Thanks!- >
Guest guest
coconut water is the liquid inside unripe coconuts, it only has three grams of carbs and is mainly water, it is mostly clear and mild in taste. It has a natural perfect balance of electrolytes. Salt water flush is just drinking a bunch of non iodized salt water-yuk- to say the least but it pretty much instantly comes back out it is supposed to help loosen the stuff built up on the walls of the colon. I am not a big fan of cleanses, I did the master cleanse for two weeks. (before I knew I had candidiasis and before I found this group) I was not a very nice person to be around after two weeks of drinking lemonade-to say the least. > > > > Do you ever do a salt water flush on this diet?
