Aisha,

I'll still stick with sugar. At only 17 calories per

teaspoon.....it's not that bad, and I feel it's safer to use a natural

product.

Aisha,

Should I ever become diabetic, I think I'd have to learn to

do without sweet. It wouldn't be easy, but I'd prefer to stay away

from ingesting as many chemicals as I can.

,

My doctor recommended Splenda, becase it is made from sugar but

doesn't set off the diabetics or those who are having alergic

reactions/sensitivities to whole sugar. To my knowledge, there are no

known negative side effects with this product, which makes it

different from the others...

~hugs~

with the kids. I have never allowed them because they are not natural

and my mother always warned me of the dangers of long term use of

these chemicals....any thoughts?

Hi.  Ok I won't use any aspartame or any other artifificial sweetners.  Do I

have to go through phase one again?  Also, my doctor told me that I could have

potatoes and baked yams and oatmeal.  Are these also foods that i shouldn't be

eating?  I am feeling a little overwhelmed and not sure what I should be

eating.  I feel a little better, but I am wondering why I always feel hot and

sweaty.  I am just learning all of these things so please bear with me.  I

appreciate your website.  Thanks

Hi Rhonda,

Have you read the materials you were sent when you joined this group?

This diet/program are quite a bit different that others out there.

Potatoes, yams and oatmeal are not part of this program until you've

cured yourself of they yeast overgrowth.

If you didn't keep the articles, you can find them at Bee's website.

Read the " Candida Yeast/Syndrome Basics " article found here:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php

in order to understand the premise of this program. You'll find

everything you need to know within the articles on Bee's website.

Knowledge is power as they say!

Once you've read through the material you can get back to us with

questions. You'll also find that many questions have already been

answered by looking through the archived messages at our Group

site. There's a message search function where you can search all the

past messages.

we're here to help.

Hi Rhonda. This program isn't about Phases, it's about Steps. Each

person progresses at their own rate so Phases wouldn't apply. The only

way to cure candida is by building up the immune system, so it takes

time, patience and persistence mainly eating proper nutrients (this

diet plus supplements), and by cutting of candida's food supply,

eliminating toxins (which candida also feeds off of), eliminating foods

that damage anyone's health, etc.

Feeling hot and sweaty are caused by die-off symptoms, also called

healing and detoxifying reactions/symptoms - Here's the best article on

die-off symptoms:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php

There are many articles about healing processes here:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php

The best in health, Bee
