Guest guest
Cayenne is good. Add the non-flush niacin - inositol hexanicotinate or something like that. It works wonders on my mom and also lowers cholesterol. If there is blockage, a product call Ly-C 2000 works as a chelator - it contains lysine and vitamin C. I've gotten good feedback on that from men with compromised circulation to the legs. jhprice@... I just remembered the 'Chi Circulator' for stimulating circulation -- in the legs, and throughout the body -- and when I looked it up, I found several interesting 'technologies', all known to improve micro-circulation. The first three listed below would be my top choices, but then I'm not familiar with the others, which may be equally worthy. Bill The Chi Circulator - swing mchine http://209.207.241.138/products/Q003.php3 Infratonic QGM - Chinese Qi Gong Instrument http://exo.com/~chi/ch02000.html http://209.207.241.138/products/Q001.php3 Multi-Frequency bio-spectrum lamp http://www.chinamed.org http://www.findhealer.com/telstar.php3 Alkaline Ionic Water Generator http://www.chinamed.org/water.html http://www.findhealer.com/telstar.php3 PHOTON SOUND BEAM - Advanced Noble Gas Lymph Technology http://www.braintuner.com/photon.htm QUANTRON RESONANCE SYSTEM - Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy http://www.braintuner.com/qrt.htm .. Guest guest
I don't know why I didn't think of the foot shaker machine (chi circulator) -- I have one. But The site Bill listed sells them much too high. A guy on another list I'm on sells a professional quality machine like that for something like $325, but I can get it for anyone interested for about $250. He seels to me for less because I have done him some favors in the past. I recently got a lot of 5 for several friends who tried mine & got them for $200 each in that quantity. There are different quality levels in this type machine. QVC sells an " Oxyciser " for about $99, but it weighs about 3 pounds and won't last as long. I think the Sun Harmony brand listed in the site Bill posted is one of the better ones. But, the one I got is built for a doctor's office, where it is expected to last for years of constant use. It weighs about 20 pounds & is a sturdier unit. But, in truth, the QVC cheapo works as well as the most expensive model I have seen. It just won't last as long. I had one of the cheaper models before I bought the good one, and the quality of the different brands varies a lot. Now that I've explained all that, let me say they really work! Though it defies logic, this type of exercise is aerobic & increases circulation greatly. 15 minutes on high is equivalent to walking 90 minutes. You can exercise while taking a nap. It gives subtle exercise all the way to the neck muscles, and it gives a really good workout up to the lower back & abdominals. You will feel the sore muscles the next day after you first try one. I haven't tried the Multi-Frequency bio-spectrum lamp, but the guy who sold me the foot shaker got one for a demo & says it works very well, but I wouldn't get that for increasing circulation. I also have one of the microwater alkaline water machines, but only received it last week, so can't give a testimonial yet. Also, I paid $549. I got it from http://www.ionizedwater.com/technos.htm But, I CAN say it is getting toxins out, because I got a little rash on my stomach on the 3rd day after I started drinking alkaline water, a cleansing reaction. Naturally, I didn't start slow like the directions told me to. Again, I don't see this improving circulation, tho it is good for anyone. I've read about the rest of the devices Bill listed, and they are all good devices, proven in the orient to be worthwhile. Still, the foot shaker is the only one that will serve the purpose of improving circulation. If anyone is interested in any of these devices, contact me before buying one at these prices. I can direct you where to buy most of them for less. (For people who don't know me, I don't make money by referring people. Just being helpful) jim Bill Kingsbury wrote: > From: Bill Kingsbury <kingsbry@...> > > At 02:52 AM 11-29-1999 +1100, wrote: > > > > I was wondering if anyone in the group had any ideas > > on how my father can improve circulation to his > > extremities, namely his legs. > > I just remembered the 'Chi Circulator' for stimulating > circulation -- in the legs, and throughout the body -- > and when I looked it up, I found several interesting > 'technologies', all known to improve micro-circulation. > > The first three listed below would be my top choices, > but then I'm not familiar with the others, which may be > equally worthy. > > Bill > > The Chi Circulator - swing mchine > http://209.207.241.138/products/Q003.php3 > > Infratonic QGM - Chinese Qi Gong Instrument > http://exo.com/~chi/ch02000.html > http://209.207.241.138/products/Q001.php3 > > Multi-Frequency bio-spectrum lamp > http://www.chinamed.org > http://www.findhealer.com/telstar.php3 > > Alkaline Ionic Water Generator > http://www.chinamed.org/water.html > http://www.findhealer.com/telstar.php3 > > PHOTON SOUND BEAM - Advanced Noble Gas Lymph Technology > http://www.braintuner.com/photon.htm > > QUANTRON RESONANCE SYSTEM - Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy > http://www.braintuner.com/qrt.htm -- jim@... Guest guest
Hi Bee Can this program help to improve circulation in the legs and feet? I've been having those weird twitches (feels like something jumping) sort of in the calves of my legs for a few years now and have mentioned it to the doctor a few times and all his says it muscle twitches but I'm finding in the last while when I stand on my feet for any length of time my feet turn red ..... I'm assuming it's a circulation problem. thanks Blessings Maddy
