Guest guest
Dear all thyroid sufferers, My TSH last week came in at 3.68 For me this is too low, and I don't feel well when numbers are higher than 2.5 My last test, about 2 months ago, was fantastic at .18 I was buzzing around on egg drink and feeling like I was healing. So now, I've sunken low and have all the characteristic sluggish thyroid symptoms from lack of energy, constipation, depression, edginess, and poor sleep. Boo Hoo!!! I know Bee would probably say its retracing. But what do I do now to feel better?! I take all the supplements plus I've just started a new bottle of adrenal support: Genestra TAD+ I've just read through Dr.Rind's site and there are other supplements on his site, but I'm not really sure I need to add more. I've taken DHEA in the past, but don't think I should attempt this right now. For meds I take cytomel and 150 mcg of eltroxyn. Do I tinker with the eltroxyn and take perhaps 25mcg more on Mon. Wed. Fri. (I'm really sensitive to the med and can only do tiny increases) I can't talk to my dr. about this as she won't understand the candidia detox./healing. I don't think I can just wait this out and see if my TSH decreases on just the diet. Any experiences with this would be helpful.
