Guest guest
Hi, I am still adapting to the diet and having a lot of trouble. I went fully on the diet and had no real reactions except weight gain of 15 pounds in three months. My energy and mental clarity sored while my digestions flunked me. I then reacted with heartburn and GERD and bad reflux. I did the 9 day program for 17 days and lost no weight and still had poor digestion. I was monitoring it on fitday and getting 1700 calories with 160 fat/60 protein and 50-100 carbs. I cut to 120/60/30 and lost no weight. Weight and health go hand and hand due to digestion. At wits end I went to liquids and bees egg drink for my only protein, cal 850 60/30/30 (Remember the liver drink is all my carbs) I lost weight and my body seemed to really respond with healing crisis that were severe such as headaches, sore and swollen glands and sinus problems. While I saw this as best for me I can not handle working and this reaction. If I eat sugar I slow the reactions. I do want want to go back to a high calorie undigestable diet. I think I should do the low calorie and increase calories as the reactions slow. However I can't get through these rough days working. I am taking all supplements. How can I stay raw/liquids and reduce symptoms? If I take a week off of work and do the low calories liquid program with this be enough time. Here is my diet that works for me: Fish oil with butter oil 5am, lemon drink 6-8 glasses,. 1 Egg Bee's drink 12pm. liver drink 3pm 1/4 cup, 5pm bone broth with oil. I take supplements at 12pm and 6 pm. Epsoms salt bath with oil 8 pm. 2 Dry skin brushes and a slow bike ride every day. Working on my feet for 6 hours each day. thanks Bernadette
