Hi . It isn't wise for you to become pregnant until you have cured your candida since your baby will be born with candida and a depressed immune system. You wouldn't need any prenatal vitamins if you take the supplements I recommend along with ocean sea salt (over 84 minerals) and good mineralized water. Copper, iron and many other minerals are only required in trace amount by the body so they are easily obtained from these sources and from foods on the diet. The B Complex I recommend contains folic acid which doctor feel is so important during pregnancy. The best, Bee

I'm taking all your recommended vitamins all safe right? still take vitamin a in high doses? > > Thank you for your time! +++Hi , No, you do not require prenatal vitamins when you are on this program, since it provides all of the nutrients you need for a healthy baby. There's folic acid in B complex and in many foods. The doses of all supplements I recommend are safe. Many pregnant women on this program are on them. You should only have taken high doses of Vitamin A for 3 months, and now that you are pregnant only take the normal doses, which are 20,000 - 30,000 IU per day. However, it won't harm your baby if you are still taking it; just stop taking it now. All the best, Bee
