Guest guest
Hi, Bee. I've been diagnosed with esophagitis (Grade A) and gastritis after an endoscopy procedure. No VISIBLE signs of candida but a biopsy was taken and will get results in a week. GI doc prescribed Carafate, but I won't take it primarily because there is a risk of Carafate causing laryngospasms - and I've had enough of those this year. Carafate also contains sorbitol. I've been researching your posts and have found that (other than the diet) I can take HCl, goldenseal, slippery elm, aloe vera, ginger root, coconut oil, saurkraut & bismuth to heal my gastritis and esophagitis. I haven't tried all of the above yet, but so far have not found much relief with aloe vera or ginger root. HCl and coconut oil have helped some but still feel like I haven't found the right remedy yet. Two questions: 1. I have read that Bismuth is a mild antibiotic. Is it OK to take a mild antibiotic such as Bismuth while trying to control candida? 2. AFTER candida is under control, I would like to take Formula SF734 (since it helped you so much), but since you advise against Bentonite Clay, would you approve of Gastromycin? (Bismuth-[80% as Subsalicylate & 20% as Subcitrate]240 mg, DGL 4:1 dried extract 200 mg, citrus seed dried extract 300 mg, goldenseal root dried extract 200 mg, aloe vera concentrate 200:1 40 mg, ACTIVATED CHARCOAL 200 mg. Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, ethyl vanillin.) Thanks a bunch! It takes a combination of diet, supplements, persistence and patience, along with doing everything you can to improve digestion per my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " . Taking enough HCl consistently is extremely important because of how it affects the whole digestive system. > > Two questions: > > 1. I have read that Bismuth is a mild antibiotic. Is it OK to take a mild antibiotic such as Bismuth while trying to control candida? +++, I don't recommend using Bismuth long-term; only use it short-term if you are vomiting, i.e. Pepto Bismol without aluminum in it. > > 2. If you are having so many unbearable gastic symptoms I recommend you do the 9-day program: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/dig6.php You'll also need " Clear Water Enema Procedures " ; http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema4.php Let me know how you do on the 9-day program.
