Guest guest
Hi again Bee, I tried to take a garlic-water enema but I wasn't able to hold it. I didn't make proper garlic tea with lemon and ginger, just used purified water and 4 cloves of garlic. I did a coffee enema beforehand which went well, but I was unable to hold the garlic enema. It actually felt like it was irritating my bowel as it was uncomfortable and created a strong urge to expel it each time. I tried three times but each time I had the same reaction. Garlic has a bite to it even when put on the tongue, so this reaction doesn't suprise me. Has anyone else experienced this?

You can " try to " hold it as long as you can, but don't be concerned if you can't. It isn't like the coffee enema. Bee
