Couldn't hold a garlic enema

Hi again Bee,

I tried to take a garlic-water enema but I wasn't able to hold it. I

didn't make proper garlic tea with lemon and ginger, just used purified

water and 4 cloves of garlic. I did a coffee enema beforehand which

went well, but I was unable to hold the garlic enema. It actually felt

like it was irritating my bowel as it was uncomfortable and created a

strong urge to expel it each time. I tried three times but each time I

had the same reaction. Garlic has a bite to it even when put on the

tongue, so this reaction doesn't suprise me.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Matt, you do not have to retain that enema for it to help you. You

can " try to " hold it as long as you can, but don't be concerned if you

can't. It isn't like the coffee enema.
