1) Wondering which is a better choice? I have read cultured butter is

better, but I can only find that pasteurized. I can get raw butter

from organic pastures, but its not cultured. Won't the lactose content

be higher is its not cultured?

2) Bee, is there a way to tell whether you are having a die off, or a

certain food is aggravating symptoms. I am wondering this specifically

with butter and lactose content. I can't tell if I am having a die

off, or if it is actually increasing candida. How can I tell? Sx are

mostly extreme hang over/groggy, tightness all over body esp in my

nervous system, muscles, joints, edema of eyelids, and asthma/allergies.

thanks!

+++Hi . It is not true that cultured butter can trigger

migraines in some people. If a person gets migraines from it, it is

because butter is antifungal and it is killing off candida and/or other

bacteria which all produce toxins. It's toxins that cause migraines,

not good unadulterated foods.
