Hi Sam. Of course coconut oil is the best antifungal, and since antifungals aren't as important as diet plus supplements, you can stay on it and not have to take any other antifungal. Only when you are able to take 6 tbls. coconut oil would you add one other antifungal anyway. Of those above Nystatin powder is better because Diflucan is extremely hard on the liver and can damage it a great deal. Ensure you've got a perscription for the correct one, some powders and tablets contain sugar (crazy huh?). Some powders are for topical use only so they can contain talcum powder.
