Guest guest
Hello, I am a newbie still reading up, but suspect candida overgrowth based on my answer to the questionnaire. I have Hashi's and adrenal fatigue and am working on a program for those. In the process of converting to high fat diet over past months, I've consumed lots of extra dairy, including raw kefir..whcih I now see is a major no-no on the Candida diet. Then I noticed increasing energy weakness where I'd have periods crashed on the sofa. This is different from fatigue--which I also experience--but like I have no muscle strength to even walk. Over recent days, it's been much worse...I'm housebound with a burning sensation in my legs and arms and muscle twitching. This has coincided with my perhaps overly aggressive removal of dairy and grains (because I've become extremely hypoglycemic). I then added kefir and cream back in for a day and woke up the next day with what looked like a white fungal strip at the top of my big toenail. The longstanding wart I have on the other side was also white and crusty. It all rinsed off in the bath and I put coconut oil on it. I don't have any other OUTWARD signs of Candida. So question is: Have you heard of peope with the burning, muslce twitching and extreme weakness as a die-off symptom? I'm adding back in a small amount of brown rice to see if that slows things down as I continue to increase fat on the diet. Any other suggestions? I desparately need to be able to walk and take care of my family. Thanks, Chris

Yes, I have seen many people with burning, muscle twitching and extreme weakness caused by either candida overgrowing or when it is being killed off. The symptoms are mainly caused by candida toxins, there are over 79 different kinds. If you are eating enough " good " fats it is impossible to be hypoglycemic. I believe you may be mistaking die-off symptoms for hypoglycemia. There are many articles on my website which will help you understand about die-off/healing/detoxifying symptoms (all the same thing really) - see " Die-Off Symptoms " And these: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_2.php > > Thanks, > > Chris >
Guest guest
Sorry Chris. I accidently sent my message before it was completed. About your Hashimoto's and adrenals; both problems are caused by candida. So I recommend you concentrate on treating the " cause " and not the symptoms. I lost my thyroid due to over medication when I cured my candida. At one point I'm sure my thyroid was starting to normalize, but because I was taking thyroid meds it went into such a tizzy that I had Grave's Disease. The reason candida causes thyroid and adrenal malfunction is because it causes all cell membranes to become stiff/rigid which means organs can't function as well and any hormones they produce aren't getting into rigid/stiff cells. See " Candida Causes Cell Membrane Defects " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cabout1.php Also see these articles on the thyroid and adrenals: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu4_7_1.php Ensure you read my main article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " which is on this menu: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php Also see " Curing Candida, How to Get Started on that menu. Your muscles symptoms are covered in this article on arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc.: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/arth1.php Also see: Fatigue & Candida: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat10.php The best in health, Bee this program cures them as well. > > Hello, > > I am a newbie still reading up, but suspect candida overgrowth based > on my answer to the questionnaire.
