Toxins and safety

Hello to all,

I have recently read on healing naturally by Bee , in an article

concerning toxins, that heaters are not safe to use. Does this extend

to oil/column heaters. Do they more and more dangerous as the years

progress? Also in regards to toxins in the article " Toxins, how to

avoid the top ten most common " it is stated that preserved wood is a

source of heavy metals which are major toxins to avoid. It is also

stated that varnishes should be avoided since they contain the

volatile organic compounds class of toxins. We just got new

floorboards and I am afraid that by living in my house I am exposing

my self to both heavy metals (from the perserved wood floor boards)

and alsso volatile organic compounds (from the varnishes used on the

floorboards). What do you think that I can do to minimise the effects?

Also I hear that there is a concern with metal contamination and fish

from particular sources. What do you recommend is the best source of

canned tuna to buy and from where? Please know that I live in

Australia. Also in an article about toxins in Bee's website it is

stated that animal fats contain that toxin dioxin; even the only only

animal products that I eat are fish and other seafood I am

significantly concerned that animlas are a source of this toxin. What

do you recommend we do to help reduce the risks associated with the

consumption of animal fats in regards to this toxin?

+++Hopefully you don't have those floors in your bedroom. In any

case, you can put saucers of white vinegar or baking soda around the

rooms that have such floors, which soaks up the toxins somewhat.

+++The fishes' body has capabilities, just like our bodies, for

getting rid of toxins and heavy metals. We can't become obsessive

about avoiding all toxins, since we wouldn't benefit from the

nutrients in such foods. This program, which is high in " good " fats,

along with fat supplements (omega 3, vitamins A, D & E), cleanses the

body and helps it get rid of toxins, and it even gets rid of all

heavy metals. It also helps liver function which is the organ that

handles and gets rid of toxins. Of course the high " good " fats,

supplements, protein, minerals, etc. all work together.

Why are you eating only fish and seafood for protein? What about

eggs?

The best in health, Bee
