Tia double vision and High Blood pressure

Hi Bee...a few weeks ago I had double vision....along w the high blood

pressure....I sent you the readings.  Dr said yesterday, he believe I had a

Tia...mini stroke....blood pressure still elevated,,161/93  161/93  143/94..goes

back and forth like this.

He wants me to take PB readings (borrowed a cuff) and see him in 1 wks.

I also have straight neck, with discs out of place and some degeneration.

Any thought please...I want to get the Blood Pressure down.
