Guest guest
Sorry for my ignorance but I'm wondering if these 2 are one & the same??? I was reading the recipes for both & found them to be similar. I've found a bottle sauerkraut since I'm worried abt making my own at our temperatures & I cant find Betaine HCl, I'm wondering if I should buy it. It does cost $30 here. Can i take it now or take it only when i can handle more VCO? Shirin

Most sauerkraut is fermented longer than 3 days as well, whereas cabbage rejuvelac is fermented no longer than 3 days. > > I've found a bottle sauerkraut since I'm worried abt making my own at > our temperatures & I cant find Betaine HCl, I'm wondering if I should > buy it.
