Guest guest
Hi bee, How do I know I have candida? I have used alot of antibiotics in the past and I have some mild health problems but could it just be normal for me? I experience runny nose/post nasel drip often, mild acne, dandruff, occassional scalp and body itchiness, occassional nervousness/anxiety, and quick tiny floating clear erratic dots in my eyes now and then. I am wondering if using xylitol as a mouthwash/rinse after anything acidic will prevent my candida from being cured? Can I get away with using it after I have anything acidic in contact with my teeth? I developed tooth erosion and yellow teeth when I started eating lots of fruit and when I was vegetarian for a few months. is it possible to heal acne scars? How? Are the enemas and nystatin powder necessary to be healed? Why should I follow this program what makes yours work? Do you recommend fasting? Why don't the carbs in veggies feed candida but the carbs in low carb dairy products like cheese/ heavy cream do? Thanks for all the help, Chris

The health issues you describe aren't " normal " for anyone. The problem is that doctors pass off so many health problems as normal for everyone, and they are unable to tell you what a healthy person IS. All of your symtpoms are caused by candida overgrowth, and for most people nowadays they've had candida overgrowth since before birth. > > I am wondering if using xylitol as a mouthwash/rinse after anything > acidic will prevent my candida from being cured? +++No, do not use any commercial mouthwashes or rinses. There are many natural ones you can get, but none should include xylitol, or any ingredients that are damaging. I suggest you make your own mouth wash: get peppermint, wintergreen or spearmint tinctures and put a few drops in warm water to use as a rinse. Also those mints are antifungal, which is an added bonus. Can I get away with using it after I have anything acidic in contact with my teeth? I developed tooth erosion and yellow teeth when I started eating lots of fruit and when I was vegetarian for a few months. +++Just rinsing your mouth with plain water removes acids from your mouth; you don't require a mouth wash. The good news is that 2 members of this group reported their teeth formed new smooth enamel on them - here's one lady's Success Story: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/ss1a.php > > is it possible to heal acne scars? How? ++Yes, I believe it may possible to heal acne scars, but I haven't had anyone ask about that. Of course the diet and supplements are required, but in addition apply cod liver oil to your scars twice a day. It may take a long time to heal them, particularly since your immune system is so shot because of candida. The reason I believe cod liver oil will work, is because my friend's daughter was bitten by a dog on the face and ended up in the hospital with serious infection in the wounds. They removed the stitches and drained the pus. Her doctor is holistic so she recommended applying vitamin A oil to the areas frequently. The little girl was 5 years old and a model. After she was healed you've couldn't even see any scars. I think cod liver oil will work better because it contains other co-factors to vitamin A, including vitamin and omega 3. > > Are the enemas and nystatin powder necessary to be healed? +++Nystatin powder is only one of the handful of antifungals I recommend, and that is only because some people, like women who are pregnant, cannot have some natural antifungals, and because I took it when I cured my candida. But I mostly did the diet and supplements, which I now know are more important than any antifungal. You start with coconut oil as an antifungal anyway, which is part of the diet and provides many other wonderful health benefits. +++You don't have to take any antifungal in addition to coconut oil to cure candida. +++About enemas. Yes, you can heal without them. > Why should I follow this program what makes yours work? +++If you read my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " you would know why it works, where other candida programs fail. The keys to this program are: 1) high " good " fats along with co-factors omega 3, vitamins A and D from fish only; 3) foods that are highest in carbs/sugars are eliminated (not like other diets), 4) minerals on my program are obtained from a good ocean sea salt and mineralized water, along with foods and cal/mag supplements (candida sufferers have difficulty getting enough cal/mag because they cannot have dairy except for butter, and 5) damaging and toxic foods and substances are eliminated, including all soy based products and foods, etc., etc., etc. > Do you recommend fasting? +++No - do a search on my website to see why. > > Why don't the carbs in veggies feed candida but the carbs in low carb dairy products like cheese/ heavy cream do? +++ALL carbs feed candida, and proteins and fats do too, but to a much lesser degree. This is in my main candida article, which explains about dairy: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php#s38 See the many Success Stories by members of this group too (I have many more to post too): http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php The best in health, Bee
