I got into eating them for lunch, since I am a student and have no time to go home and make lunch in between classes. +++Hi Kate. It is also possible your body is " retracing " previous digestive upsets that is normal during natural healing, which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php > I love the convinience of the hard boiled egg, but it just doesn't seem to go down easy. I get a little indigestion in my throat and even some bloating and cramps. > The thing is I'm fine when I eat my scrambled eggs for breakfast, so could hard boiling the eggs be making it harder on my digestive system? I also get some indigestion and a feeling of uncomfortable fullness after I've eaten a chicken breast for dinner. Could this be because I do not have the right amount of stomach acid to digest the meat properly? +++You might not have enough stomach acid, which will lower particularly when you are tired or stressed. Ensure you take Betaine hydrochloric acid (HCL) to aid digestion. If you have an upset after a meal you can take 1-2 HCl at that time, even up to 3 hours later, and it will help. Or take 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in warm water and sip it until your symptoms lessen. The best to you, Bee
