Guest guest
I am interested to find out if anyone else has trouble eating sauerkraut. I ate it for two days with no problem. On the third day, after eating about 1/2 cup of it, within 20 minutes, I got diarrhea. Does it get old and develop fungus? I am really curious. I have tried to eat the fermented cabbage before and found that it bothered me then too. I guess sticking to my Custom Probiotics will be a life-long habit. On the third day, after eating about 1/2 cup of it, within 20 minutes, I got diarrhea. +++Since you didn't have diarrhea for 2 days it isn't the sauerkraut, Also it isn't possible to get diarrhea within 20 minutes of eating, since it takes food 6 hours or more to start emptying into the first part of the small intestines (called the duodenum). +++In any case, diarrhea is the body's way of getting rid of toxins. Also probiotics will kill off candida which produces more toxins, which in turn can cause diarrhea. +++Also if you've ever had diarrhea in the past your body could be " retracing " those episodes during natural healing, which is according to Hering's Law of Cure: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu1_1_2.php >Does it get old and develop fungus? I am really curious. +++Not usually, since you would keep it in the refrigerator and it keeps well just like pickles. > I have tried to eat the fermented cabbage before and found that it bothered me then too. Your body will maintain proper bacteria once you cure your candida. Bee
