Where do you find organic, raw, unpasteurized butter? I have yet to find it.

I buy organic butter but I want unpasteurized.

You may be

able to get raw butter from them. Personally, I get grass-fed, pasteurized

butter from my

health food coop and the brand is " Organic Valley " ... a prominent brand... you

might ask

your local store to begin carrying it. Also, if you google " Grass-fed meats "

you will find a few

folks who also carry the butter. Finally, the Weston Price Foundation has a

Real Milk

campaign that lists sources for grass-fed, raw butter.

Tammy, raw butter is outlawed in a lot of areas, so it depends upon

where you live as to whether you can buy it or not. Check with

regulations in your state/province or country.
