Water filter recommendation

Hi,

I am new to the group. I am reading all the files with extreme

interest. I already have eliminated sugars and grains from my diet and

I am working on eliminating nuts and ramping up on the good fats. I

would also like to eliminate fluoride from my tap water.

My question is: Would any of you recommend an under sink filter that

will remove fluoride? I know that reverse osmosis filters will do the

trick and then you need to add some minerals to the water. Is this the

best way to go? Have any of you experience with a specific brand?
