Its main ingredients are bananas and cinnamon. Ingredients:
One liter of water
One raw banana
Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
Boil the water. Cut of the ends of the banana and add it in the water. Leave them to boil for about 10 minutes. Pour this water into a teacup or through a colander. Add small amount of cinnamon if you like it. Drink this one hour before going to bed.

Regarding the banana and cinnamon drink- after boiling the banana in water, is the boiled banana thrown because we are drinking only the water.
Also, is one litre of water too much ?
You sure we have to throw the Banana, and only drink the water.?
One litre water sounds too much…..not clear whether banana should be ripe or raw……how much boiling ?…..boiling to 1/4th or 1/2th or any other proportion ? Given picture shows as if banana is boiled in milk & cinnamon powder sprinkled on it. On the whole, article is not convincing.

Should you only boil the ends of the banana? And does that include the peel? Very strange.
I suggest you just make a smoothie with banana and cinnamon. You could blend it with milk, yogurt or try coconut milk or any combination of these three fluids. And add a dash of honey too.
(Remember to brush your teeth before laying down in the night. But you probably knew that 🙂
Preparation is not very clear
Hi all, as far as I know using 1 litre of water and boiling for 10mins, will reduce the quantity of water. Now for the banana, it doesn’t matter if you use raw or ripped, because once the banana cookes in the boiling water it will soften anyway. So when you put ripe or raw banana in 1 litter water , boiling for 10 mins thicker the water when you strain. So after straining the water it will look like a milky thick consistency and then add Cinamon powder. You can add littele amount of cinamon powder while the water and banan is boiling and add extra on top after ou strain the water for frest cinamon taste. I hope my explanation will help lot of you.
