Ingredients:
2 sticks of cinnamon
3 grams of cloves
5 liters of water
Instructions:
Mix all three ingredients in a bowl and place them in the refrigerator to sit for 5 days for drinking.
Consume 100 ml (roughly 3 ½ ounces) of this tonic upon waking, on an empty stomach. You may want to strain the liquid before drinking it to avoid a potentially gritty texture.
When you are left with only 400 ml (13 ½ ounces) of this tonic, prepare a new dose. After you have consumed 3 batches, take a 2 week break.
Repeat as needed.

I am not an Ayurveda doctor, nor a specialist, nor a doctor. But i have translated a lot of Ayurveda books, staring with Depak Chopra’s ”Perfect Health” and more others and I was working with a Sri Aurobindo’s student, the brahman doctor Indrasenji who lives in Romania.
Nowhere I did not find that the use of cold water is good for health, and an Ayurveda recommendation! But from the contrary! So, sorry, read more and see if ”any Ayurveda” recommend the use of the refrigerated water.
Not even, the little remains of my country, Romania, does not say: drink could water from refrigerator. So, your ”cure” is not healthy at all!

Gone through comments put by worthy readers and almost all queries have emerged in their questions but where is answer ?
I know that cinnamon and cloves plus other things are very good to consume in controlling diabetes. I’m a 61 year old female and I’ve been diabetic for the past 16 years. I’ve managed to keep it under control by using one 500 mg Metformin tablet in the morning and another at bedtime PLUS I use these things on my own: one teaspoon each, ground cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric and 1 cup of raw oatmeal into a 2 cup measuring cup. I then fill the cup with “warm” water and stir it well before drinking. Every time before I drink I stir it so nothing settles at the bottom of the cup. Sometimes while drinking it gets too thick so I add more warm water and stir it and drink. I make sure I drink all from the cup. I do this EVERY DAY and I think this works for me!
I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE TO DO THIS AS I AM NOT A DOCTOR BUT I’M JUST SAYING THIS IS WHAT I DO.
