Turmeric Lemonade (for 4 servings)
Ingredients:
4 cups cold filtered or sparkling water
2 tablespoons freshly grated or powdered turmeric
4 tablespoons of 100% maple syrup, honey or Stevia if you are avoiding sugar
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons or limes
Juice of 1 blood orange (optional)
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients into a small pitcher, stir and serve with a slice of lemon as a garnish.

Hail to the “Turmeric”, its glories never seize with lots of surprises. Just be aware of some store turmeric since some may contain lead to add color to make it bright.

Can 4 cups lemonade be stored in ther fridge & had in 4 days?
I have made my own concoction & have been using it for a few years. Never had cold or bronchitis for years like I used to.
My recipe( not as strong as yours which probably is more beneficial):
1 tbs tumeric,, 1/2 cup honey,( May add more) 1/3 cup cider vinegar mix well.
Take 1-2 tsps every night before going to bed. Some times I mix it with tepid 1/2 cup water & sip.
I do the same with ginger in a separate bottle & have it every morn before B’fast.
