Abu Dhabi: Camilla Parker Bowles, the Duchess of Cornwall and wife of Prince Charles, is currently in India for a seven-day holistic healing session. Having arrived with her daughter, Laura Lopes, and eight personal staff last Saturday (October 27), the Duchess is attending healing sessions at Soukya, a Bangalore-based health centre headed by Indian holistic physician, Dr Issac Mathai.
A representative from the health centre told Gulf News that Camilla has been undergoing treatments in ayurveda, homeopathy and naturopathy, including yoga, mud therapy and hydrotherapy. She is also on a South Indian vegetarian diet during her week-long stay at the medical centre’s 30-acre farm.

Upon her arrival, the duchess was received by Ian Felton, the British Deputy High Commissioner in Bangalore. She then checked into Soukya, which is located in the Whitefield area of Banglore.
