I have some questions about water.
i used to drink normal water as soon as i got up from my bed and this helped me a lot to drain myself early in the morning.
but as days passes there is no effect in my body. i am enable to drain and clean my belly in the morning.
actually i am not fat but now a have a big be belly. i am not fit with my clothes. I just not know how to get rid witrh this belly. please help me.

1. One should not drink water during meals. If really needed a little quantity can be sipped.
2. One can drink water 30 minutes before food. And should drink water only 30 minutes after food.
3. Drink water slowly and in small quantities. Do not drink too much water at a time.
4. By the way, the mineral water we drink is robbed of all the nutrients. Better to avoid mineral water.

Good article. I store water in a silver vessel (4-5 cups) and warm it little and drink every day early morning, and there after I drink water whenever I need it. Is it ok? White it has to be boiled? Little warm is not enough? Please enlighten me.
